What do you do?
I work for a US firm advising clients on hedge fund investments.
Where you have been with your Explorateur?
So far I’ve been to the San Francisco Bay Area, 2 years ago I rode the Etape on my Explorateur, and I am often in the Royal Parks or in the lanes of the counties around London.
What other bikes do you own?
Two so far! A carbon fibre Kuota and my steel Explorateur. I’d quite like a titanium bike too.
Why did you choose an exp?
I liked the idea of having something made specifically for me and the fact that I could be involved in the process from the outset. The ability to travel easily with my Explorateur was also appealing, but the most important reason was really how great these bikes look.
Has the bike ever drawn comment?
It always draws admiring glances, and people are often surprised at the breakaway frame.
